Dear Patients,
We continue to be deeply concerned about the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact on our patients, doctors, staff, community and loved ones. Following the guidelines and recommendations of our public health professionals we have cancelled all in person office visits as of March 18, 2020.
We will continue to follow updates in protocol on a daily basis.
During our clinic closure please know we are here for you.
We are providing:
Emergent and Urgent eye care: phone lines are open Monday to Friday 10am – 2pm; we have a doctor on call during these times
Chronic care: monitoring those of you we care for with chronic conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, retinal disorders, dry eye or seasonal allergies. Please know we are monitoring your cases and will be in touch with you regarding when testing and care is needed. Please DO NOT hesitate to call our office if you are unsure when your next visit is due. We will take of care you whether that be via telemedicine, or arranging a referral to a specialist if needed
Contact lens ordering: we are happy to provide direct no charge shipping to your home. See this video for hygiene tips on wearing lenses during this time, and in general.
Eyeglass repairs or replacements: orders/repairs to be assessed on a case by case basis
We look forward to the future when we can look back on this time and realize that our patients and community have come together to be stronger than before. We are eager to continue our service to you in the upcoming months.
