What to Expect During COVID-19

Announcement

Following with the recommendations and guidelines from our public health professionals we are happy to announce that as of May 19, 2020, we are able to see patients in our office on a case by case basis.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, clinic hours may change- please call to confirm and check our website regularly for updates.

Q: Are you open for shopping? Can I come in to browse and buy new glasses or sunglasses?

A: YES! We are happy to help you with that at any time during our office hours. If you do want to enter our clinic we require that you wear a mask and allow us to proceed with our screening questions and take your temperature. We currently have capacity for one patient per optician so if you come at a busy time you may be asked to relax in our lounge or the lobby until we can provide you with personal service.

Q: Can I come for an eyeglass adjustment?

A: YES! We are happy to help you with that at any time during our office hours. If you do want to enter our clinic we require that you wear a mask and allow us to proceed with our screening questions and take your temperature. If you do not have a mask or decline screening we are happy to help you as best we can in our lobby.

Q: Can I come in to book an appointment?

A: Our preference is to book over the phone as we have to follow our booking protocol but if you prefer to come see us to book we are happy to help. If you do want to enter our clinic we require that you wear a mask and allow us to proceed with our screening questions and take your temperature. If you do not have a mask or decline screening we are happy to help you in our lobby and will have you call us as soon as possible to complete the booking.

Q: Can I come in to buy my eye drops and vitamins?

A: YES! We are happy to help you with that at any time during our office hours. If you do want to enter our clinic we require that you wear a mask and allow us to proceed with our screening questions and take your temperature. If you do not have a mask or decline screening we are happy to help you in our lobby (with credit card). Alternatively you can call us for door side pick up and we are happy to take your order and payment over the phone (credit card only).
